Welcome to Geppetto¶
Welcome to Geppetto’s documentation. Geppetto provides a simple and clean HTTP REST API to interact the GPIO pins of the Raspberry Pi. All models of the Raspberry Pi are supported.
Geppetto is written in Python and has been tested with 2.7, 3.3 and 3.4. Geppetto’s source code is distributed under a MIT license.
Geppetto is named after Mister Geppetto, a character created by Carlo Collodi in his novel The Adventures of Pinocchio.
